So it's been an interesting week. Tropical storm Fay decided to hang around here for a few days and make a mess of things. Fortunately the family and I are fine, we just have to deal with a couple of roof leaks. Nothing like nailing a tarp down on your roof with tropical storm force winds going on. It was supposed to be Kat's first week of school but they only had one day of school this week due to the storm; so she had an extension to her summer vacation. Thanks to everyone for all the kind thoughts and prayers we really appreciate it!
