4th of July Weekend Update

What a great holiday weekend we had.  It was fun to get the rig out on the road again.  We found an amazing spot in Palm Beach right on a lake and were able to see 5 different fireworks displays at the same time.  The weather was crazy, every afternoon we had to dodge thunderstorms on the Vespas.  Pepper loved riding in the motorhome and claimed his spot on one of the couches.  The wedding I shot with Abby Liga was amazing.  What a great couple Amy and Peter are and talk about a beautiful setting (Ritz Carlton Palm Beach) to get married!

I am taking the RV down to Palm Beach for the holiday weekend.  It should be a blast.  I am shooting a wedding with Abby Liga on Saturday down there so I decided to make a mini vacation out of it.  It will be Pepper's first time in the rig...i'll let you know how it goes.

Newest Member of the Family

We added a new Knapik family member last weekend. His name is Pepper and he is a 14 week old Miniature Poodle. He has been a blast to have around. We really missed having a dog in the family since losing Scuba in January. Isn't he a cutie!

Long Overdue Post

Holy Cow. I am way overdue for posting to my blog. The last several weeks have been very busy with photo shoots and i am just starting to catch my breath. Last week I had an opportunity of a lifetime to go to California to spend 4 days learning from and shooting with Mike Colon. It was an amazing experience for me and 15 other fellow photographers from around the World. For those who don't know who Mike is, he is the "Tiger Woods" of the wedding photography world. Here are a few pics from last week.

Learning From The Best!

Today I got to spend the day in Orlando learning from two of the world's best wedding photographers, Joe Buissink and Yervant. These guys are at the top of the wedding photography pyramid and it was a privilege to spend the day with them. I learned a ton and it will help me take my photography to the next level.
